July Schedule

Our July Schedule is up! We have 53 class times available this month, so you're sure to find a time that works for you. Commit yourself to a strong and healthy July.

We are so excited to be offering a new class, "First Steps." Each month, we will be offering a class that covers the basic moves from one of our class styles and offers modifications for those moves. This class is PERFECT for beginners, for those who want to come but have been afraid they wouldn't know what they were doing, and for those who need a form-check or a refresher. Be looking for a future blog post that gives more details on First Steps.

Our July specials this month are HOT:

-Get a 15-class pass for the price of a 10-class pass--only $50!! That's a $20 savings over our regular 15-class pass price.

Remember: the studio will be closed from July 1-5 to allow our instructors and our members to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday with their families. We will see you Thursday, July 6 for Dance Fitness (5:15 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.) and Yoga (5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.).
