Our Fitness Challenges offer everything you need to help you get back on track: accountability, encouragement, team-building, effective workouts, and even a meal plan option. We have multiple pricing options to choose from: member or nonmember, with or without a meal plan.

The team aspect of our last challenge went over so well that we will again be using both team competition and individual competition to inspire your success.
Individual competition categories will include weight loss (%), fat loss (%), inch loss (%), and attendance. Choose as few or as many categories to enter as you would like.
We love summer, but for many of us, the summer months lose structure and routine. It's hard to keep our healthy eating and fitness goals on track. Back-to-school is a great time to re-establish those routines or build new healthy habits.
