It's time for our annual Fall Fitness Challenge!! These next six weeks will challenge to you be your best while working with a team of supportive, encouraging women. We will divide participants into two teams, each competing in daily and weekly challenges to earn points. The team with the most points at the end of the challenge wins a free shirt!
Individuals will compete to win in one or more of the following categories: weight loss, inch loss, body fat loss, and attendance. Enter as few or as many categories as you want. The individual categories will win cash and other prizes. The cash prize for each category depends on the number of entries in that category.
Starting measurements will be taken at the studio from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 4. At 7:00, Meagan will hold a brief meeting for participants to explain the rules/process and answer any questions.
