Our June schedule is here! Please note that starting June 1 and running through the summer, our 8:30 a.m. time slot bumps to 9:00 a.m.
Also, we'll be partnering with the Piedmont Public Library to offer FREE workouts on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. and Friday at 9:00 a.m. These free fit camps will be held at the Mugwamps Fitness studio and sponsored by the Piedmont Public Library.
Final weigh-ins for the Summer Shape Up Challenge will be held on Sunday, June 17.
