Class Descriptions

Barre – Barre class is a workout technique inspired by element of ballet, yoga and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

Beat Boxing – We take everything you love about dance fitness and everything you love about kickboxing and roll them into one high-energy, calorie blasting cardio phenomenon. Many of our participants burn as many--or more--calories than they do in a 4-mile run - and it's a lot more fun! Modifications for all the moves makes this great for participants of all fitness levels.

Body Sculpt – This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands to build a strong foundation in order to continually achieve results. 

 

Combo – Instructor’s Choice! We take our favorite workouts and combine them into a fantastic class. It’s never the same twice. Shake up your workout routine with this always one-of-a-kind class!

Dance Fitness - Begins with a full body warmup, arm & leg conditioning and then utilizes simple choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going! Also can include challenging floor work for hips, thighs, buns and core.

 

High Fitness – Think old-school aerobics made modern! Cardio and toning meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave wanting more because it’s so much fun!

Pilates – Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on your core. Similar to yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. It also focuses on mind-body connection. While doing the various exercises, your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.

 

Pound – Channel your inner Rockstar with this full-body cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! This exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Power Hour – Each class is made up of four drills – agility, speed, power and stamina – combined with structured periods of rest. This is a whole-body workout for everyone that you don’t want to overlook!

 

Power Pump – This whole-body barbell workout is designed to get you lean, toned and fit. We exhaust each major muscle group using light weights while performing high repetitions. You can expect a good dose of squats, deadlifts, bicep curls and chest presses choreographed to music. It’s a must try class!

 

R.I.P.P.E.D. – This is a total body workout that puts the FUN in FUNctional training. An amazing combination of resistance, interval, power, plyometrics and endurance keeps you coming back for more! With an emphasis on music, you will burn, build, and bulletproof your body!

 

STEP - Spice up your cardio workout with step aerobics! With an adjustable step platform, this high-energy class helps increase endurance and body toning. Our step workout is for all fitness levels. Step up your fitness, your heart rate, and your mood!
